Karen Hughes is a Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner who has worked as an associate chief physician in China for decades. She graduated from Beijing University of Traditional Medicine, and has gained numerous clinical experiences. where she worked in various wards such as dermatology, gynaecology, oncology, and musculo-skeletal.
She has a strong interest in treating women’s health, especially in areas such as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), endometriosis, IVF, pre- and post-natal care and birth induction. She also loves helping people who seeks treatment in weight loss, digestion, allergies, migraine and headaches.
She strongly advocates a holistic approach in health and well being, where treatment is a combination of providing relief for symptoms as well as addressing the root cause of health conditions. An integral part of her practice is an emphasis on the important role diet and lifestyle can play in a person’s health and healing process.
